My grandma has a peach tree in her backyard full of ripe peaches, so Lucas and I went to pick peaches yesterday. Now I'm trying to decide what to make with these beauties. We might just eat them all before I have the chance to make anything. Lucas and I both had a whole peach to ourselves with breakfast. I didn't expect Lucas to eat a whole one by himself but when I checked his tray it was all gone. Any suggestions of what I should make before we gobble them all up?

I think you should really make some peach cobbler. Oh, that sounds so good! And get out your ice cream freezer and whip up some vanilla to go with it.

I love fresh peaches with cream on them for breakfast. I'm not surprised Lucas ate a whole peach by himself. That boy is an eating machine!
I think you need lots of peaches so you can do pie AND cobbler. WIN-WIN. Both go well with ice cream.
