Halloween

I love going to the pumpkin patch with the kids. It's such a good excuse to take cute pictures too.
Logan was teething and so drooly! He loved the hay maze, though.
 Everyone loves the corn box.
 Look at my cute babies.
 Getting so big!
They love to take turns pulling each other in the wagon.
On Halloween my parents came up to go trick-or-treating with us. Of course we didn't get a picture with them, but we got some of the kids in their cute costumes.
Logan didn't really get trick-or-treating, but Paige and Lucas got enough candy for a small army so I think the night was a success!

Fairy Princess

I like to take pictures of the kids in their costumes before the big day because it makes it less stressful for me to get them all ready to go trick or treating and not have to worry about taking pictures at the same time. Plus the lighting is better. This year Paige is going to be a fairy princess, and it is quite possibly the prettiest costume I've seen in my entire life, so we needed to have a couple photo shoots to do it justice.
I love these pictures of her spinning. She is just in her element in this costume.
I wasn't really sure about the pigtails, plus the costume came with a crown, so a few days later I decided to curl her hair and take this baby for a spin in a foresty area - she is a fairy after all.
 With her wand too.
I loved her curly hair but it lasted for less time than it took to curl it. Oh well.
I love living vicariously through my children.

Biking Across the Golden Gate Bridge

We have been talking about biking across the Golden Gate Bridge for months now and we finally got around to doing it last Saturday. Lucas sprained his ankle the night before at a birthday party but he was determined to go so we went anyway. He was totally fine riding his bike and did the 4 mile ride no problem. He LOVES riding his bike! Here we are taking a little rest on the other side of the bridge before heading back across again.
My parents came with us too.
It was clear skies everywhere but right over the bridge. Bummer! But it cleared up a little bit as we were finishing.
The kids were done holding still for pictures so they are all a little grumpy for this picture...but they had fun. We will definitely have to make this a yearly tradition.
