8 Months

Logan has been loving eating anything he can get his hands on.  He's tried mashed potatoes, bananas, avocados, bread, cereal, oatmeal, smoothie... pretty much everything we give him he loves.  His favorite are apple slices.  He doesn't really eat it, so much as chew on it and get little pieces of apple everywhere, but it makes him so happy so I have a hard time saying no.

I just love his fat little tummy in these jammies.  Lucas loves matching Logan.

And both Lucas and Paige love to help Logan walk.  Logan much prefers to have me help him walk, but he'll take Lucas in a pinch. Paige not so much, but she does try.

He's getting to a fun stage where he likes to play and be silly.  Lucas and Paige are both still obsessed with him and fight over who gets to play with him. He's still a terrible nurser, but now that he's starting to eat more solid foods it isn't so much of an issue.  Now if we can just get him to start sleeping through the night...

The Quadcopter

Ryan got a quadcopter for Christmas.  He's had a fun time going to the park and working on his piloting skills.  Sometimes when it's late or raining, though, we fly the quadcopter in the house.

Ryan has taught Lucas how to fly it a bit too.  He's actually pretty good.

Valentine's Day Cookies

We love making sugar cookies for Valentine's day.  Lucas asks to make sugar cookies like once a week, but I usually make him wait for a holiday because it makes a huge mess and takes 3-4 hours to make and decorate them.  The kids have so much fun though!  I started the cookies while Lucas was at school so Paige actually got to help a little since Lucas wasn't there hogging everything.

 Then when Lucas got home we decorated.

Well, Lucas and I decorated - Paige mostly ate frosting and sprinkles. We made a special cookie for Ryan.

 I also made these tiny heart cookies that are adorable!

 Lucas's cookies all have way more toppings than cookie.  Paige is showing off the tiny heart cookies so you can see how little they really are.
