New Obsession

Die cutting machines have been around for a while now, but up until recently I just didn't care a whole lot about them. They are just way too expensive and the practical side of me didn't allow my brain to dwell on them long enough to get myself into trouble. However, the practical side of me has been taken over in the last few months by fun project ideas and adorable caterpillars. Look how cute this little guy is.

I've been playing around with a friend's Cricut recently and made these cute baby shower invitations.

I'd be happy with pretty much any die cutting machine, but I think the Silhouette would be a good fit for my creative ambitions. Now I just have to wait for Christmas and hope a miracle happens. :)

I have a cricut. My dad gave it to me for Christmas. Let me know if you ever want to borrow it. It just collects dust most of the time. :) Every now and then I find a use for it, but seriously...let me know if you want to borrow it!

Maybe a miracle will happen.... :) I want a Silhouette too! Or a cricut. Pretty much any diecut machine that someone gave me, I would be happy with.

oh all the things you can do with the Cricut... I have missed being so close to my moms machine, I hope someone reads your blog who wants to get you one! :) I just figured out how to cut fabric with the cricut! hopefully soon you'll see a quilt on my blog that I didn't have to hand cut all the applique pieces with. (but maybe that takes a little bit of the love out of it?!)
