Lucas kept trying to help me with the dishes last night. I made sure to get everything back from him that he had taken out, I just didn't notice he slipped a little something extra in there. His shovel is nice and clean now.

That is so funny. That looks like something JR would do for sure. I hate trying to load/unload the dishwasher with that kid around.
That is too funny! He was just concerned about germs and wanted to make sure he was playing with clean toys.
HAHA! That Lucas is a crafty one. I can only imagine what other surprises are in store for you in other parts of the apartment...
wait until he gets excited to help start unloading the dishwasher. you will find things in very interesting locations :)
btw- i love that beautiful baby girl quilt you made...if only you had an awesome cousin who's name started with a B and who was having a baby girl in November... :) :) :)
