Cobb Salad
For Ryan's graduation in April we went out to Lunch at Goodwood. I ordered my very first Cobb Salad. It was amazing and I've been obsessed ever since. I don't know how I went through the first 24 years of my life without ever having a cobb salad and I think the first 23 years without even knowing what a cobb salad was, but now I'm making up for lost time. I've had cobb salads at 3 other restaurants and I think my favorite is still the one at Goodwood. This last week I decided to try making my own at home and I must say it was pretty darn good. We're definitely going to start making this more often.

Looks delish! I LOVE salad!!! You have no idea! I use to say it was my favorite food, but my sister Olie would say that salad dressing was my favorite food...
Anyways, I have a recipe book just for salad. If you ever need ideas... let me know. Your salad is making my mouth water like a wolf watching a sheep! Ok... maybe that's a little extreme... but it looks so good! I might eat one for breakfast...
