This was so exciting for me that I kinda went crazy with the pictures. You can tell how eventful my life is that I get excited about stuff like this. I think I've taken 5 or 10 pictures of these tulips everyday for the past 3 weeks. I may or may not be obsessed. Since I have nothing better to do, and obviously you don't either, I'm going to show you a couple of the pictures I took. When I first bought the tulips, there were just some leaves showing, but no buds had come up yet, (see the picture of Ryan preparing the egg color stuff in the last post). About a week later the first buds started showing.
Then just the slightest pink coloring started to show on the petals.
After that they just started opening up.
This last one is what they look like today. It has been so much fun to watch them open up. It's amazing how easily I'm entertained. I wish I had something more exciting and worth while to obsess about.

wow-they are gorgeous! i love costco, too. i'm always amazed at the cool stuff i find there. and i am always amazed by how good the produce is--love that spinach!
What could be more worthwhile than obsessing about the beauty of God's creations? Seriously, isn't it amazing how much detail HE put into all His work? And it comes in such varieties of color and shape and texture! And, since it serves no particularly useful purpose, I suppose Heavenly Father must have done that especially for you, Katie. He made those beautiful flowers just for you to enjoy. You're so lucky that He loves you that much!!
Katie, you silly, silly girl. I don't think you are obsessed! You are basically just hilarious. I love the flowers, it's my favorite time of the year when everything starts blooming.
Hey, those are great pictures. You're quite a photographer. I'm excited for the tulip festival at Thanksgiving Point.
Pretty!
What aisle/area are these in?
They were over by the bulbs and gardening section. By the trees and plants.
These pictures really made me want some of these.
Also, how do you link everybody? I want to put on my profile that I read your blog.
