Everything is always so much clearer when you're in there and then you get out and look at the pictures they print and it's all just a bunch of blobs. These are some of the least blobby pictures.
I thought this one was pretty cool. You can see his back, bum, leg, and foot. His legs looked pretty muscular - I think it's from all that kicking he's been doing.
And for those of you that like this sort of picture, the proof!
We couldn't be more thrilled! It's exciting to know the gender and be able to start figuring out names and getting all the right color clothes out of the storage tubs. Lucas is excited about a baby brother and is insistent that we name the baby right away. Every time I ask him what he wants to name the baby, though, he suggests things like "house" and "chair". We'll have to think about it a little longer.

He's so cute!! :) I like Lucas' idea. Chair George. :)
Yay!!!! I can't wait to meet my new nephew, Chair! Just think of all the good nicknames he has ahead of him :)
Interesting that I've been working on a boy baby quilt. I found a cute pattern that I really wanted to try. What luck!
I love the ultrasound pics. It makes it all seem more real, doesn't it? I'm too excited about another little baby for your family! I think Chair George has a nice ring to it, but House George isn't bad either...
Yay!!! I'm so excited it's a boy!! You were totally right by the way. Silly scientific articles predicting baby gender never beat a Mom's own intuition. I'm gonna think of some other baby names for you though... not sure if I like chair or house... I'm guessing there is an inside joke here I'm not privy to. Congrats to both you and Ryan!!!
