Playing House

When I was a little kid I loved to play house. I'd pretend to clean and cook and take care of my imaginary children. Now that I'm older I don't think I've grown out of it at all. In fact I think it's even more fun now because I don't have to pretend, I can actually do all those things. This last week my little brother Joseph came out here to go to EFY with my cousin Ryan and the weekend before and after I got to take care of and entertain them. Last Saturday we packed a picnic and went to Seven Peaks. I forgot to bring my camera but we had a lot of fun. Afterwards we came back and made my Dad's Fajitas for dinner. Joseph was a really good helper in the kitchen. I think I might have to try and convince him to come stay with me. Here are pictures of all of us enjoying our dinner.

This Saturday after Joseph and my cousin Ryan got out of EFY we went to Magleby's for breakfast. I got all you can eat French Toast with buttermilk syrup. It was so good.

After we got breakfast we went miniature golfing at Trafalga. We printed coupons off the internet so we all got in for really cheap. I got first place and Ryan (George) got second place. I got 2 hole in ones. We were on fire! Here's a picture of Joseph playing. He was very meticulous in planning his shots.

Here's Ryan putting with the rest of the group in the background.

Sheri and I striking a pose on the green.

Here's the whole group

After we finished playing miniature golf we went in to the arcade and played a few games of Ski Ball.

Here's Sheri playing. She won the most tickets.

Then we all decided to pile into a photo booth and take a picture with our own camera. It didn't work very well, but I think we got everyone in there.

We had so much fun playing with Joseph and entertaining him. Thanks for coming to visit Joseph. If anyone else wants to come visit just let me know and I'll be happy to play with you too!

I also liked to play house. And love to continue to do so...except at home. Where I still like my mom and dad to take care of me.
